Mmmm roast vege soup.
Is there a recipe?
Oh hello.
Sorry, yes, there is. It was pretty easy - the vegetables were zucchinni and capsicum (roasted in the oven. cooled and then sliced up)
- the liquid was garlic (roasted already) and half a cup of red lentil dahl (left over) whizzied up with stock (just the supermarket kind of liquid stock)
Once the liquid was boiling I added the rest of the roasted vegetables.
